Town Festival

 January 25 is the Vigan Town Festival, and all the citizens living in Vigan City are exited to that event because there’s a lot of activities like beauty contest, musical performances and cultural show. The fiesta commemorates the town’s patron saint and Paul the apostle.

This Year the celebration of Vigan Town Festival is not the same as the past years because of the pandemic happening in the world. So the citizens living in Vigan City doesn’t feel like it’s the town fiesta. But it’s their culture and if they don’t celebrate the Vigan Fiesta, their year make incomplete so they just celebrated in their home even if there have a pandemic.

We all know that the Vigan Town Fiesta is once in a year so Filipinos living in Vigan City will find ways to celebrate even if there’s a pandemic because it’s part of their culture.
